Logansport, Ind., Deo. 12-Coun-ty Treasurer Frank Obenohain has been missing for two weeks, Today bis bondsmen placed Jaoob Guthrie in oharge pending an ac counting. It is alleged there is a large shortego whioh is estimated in the neighborhood of $60,000 Obenohaia, it is SHid, nas been heavily interested in Virginia oil companies. He was elected treasurer four year ago. His term expires January 1.
