Judge H. B. Tnthill, in the Lap irte superior coart, has made s ruling that damages cannot be recovered for mental anguish alone, members of the Jovoe family, of Chicago, sard the Pennsylvania railroad company for SIO,OOO because the family and tbe body of lira. Sarah Joyce, en route from t 'hicago to Leetonia, Ohio, failed to reaoh their destination on time and it was necessary to bnry the body withont the foil rites of the Catholic church.
