The appellate court of this state has just handed down an opinion whioh gives to Harry Lane, of Ghioago the som of $14,750. Lane was in the B°rvioe of the Chicago and Erie {Railroad Company and received injuries in a wreck near K >uts, whioh rendered him a cripple for live. The case was tried at Winamao and oarried to higher court by the railroad.
