THE CIRCUIT COURT.

There is so little businees before the present term ot the circuit oourt, and so few oases ready for trial, that Judge Hanley dismissed the jury Thursday, until Wednesday, Dec. 7 .h. Oaly two jary trials have yet been held, this term. The state case against Frank Wallaoe, previously mentioned, and one small oivil case. This was a case whioh was appealed from a justice’s oourt.
