Death of Albert E. Chizum.

Albert E. Chizum, the well known Morocco lawyer and former prosecuting a torney, of this circuit, died Sunday, at 9 o’olook a. m. at his home in Morocco. He had always been unusually healthy and robust until early last September when he was,taken with typhoid fever. He seemiugly recovered from this, but later became affec'ed with catarrh of the atomaoh, and from this died Sunday, as stated. He was one of ih<» very ab'est lawyers in Newtou county and had a large praotice. He was also in affluent circumstances, financially. The funeral will be held at Mo* rocco, Tuesday, at oDe o’clock, pm.
