If you have or do receive a paokage by express from Indianapolis, prepaid, said paokage containing a number of supposed Louisiana lottery tickets, together with ass ticket for yen to keep, pass it op. It is beyond a doubt a scheme to trap the innocent. Almg with the tioket comes a “personal” letter. The raoeiver of the letters is asked to sell the tickets on commission. The L misiana Lottery oompany has been ont of existence several years and the swindle if allowed to proceed will net the promoters tnousands of dollars. It is known that a number of these packages of tickets with the same “confidential” letter to each person have been sent here.
