Twelve oaees are Bled altogether and the oharge in eaob is embezzlement. One oase is against Thomas J. MoOoy personally and the remaining eleven ere agnicst Thomas J. MoOoy and Alfred MoOoy, The trills of the cates will be begun at the opening of the December term of the Superior oourt wbioh opens on December twenty sixth. The Jasper County preseontor will be assisted by the Lake County state’s attorney and the trials will aronae considerable interest.
