All bids must be accompanied by a bond and affidavit as provided by law. The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids. NOTICE OF HEARING OF DITCH PETITION In the matter of the petition of Chester H- Halstead et al, notice is hereby given that a petition has been filed with the Auditor of Jasper County, State of Indiana, and viewers have been appointed who have viewed and reported said view, which is oa file in my office. The hearing of said petition upon its merits will be on Wednesday, The 7th Day of December, 1904, the same being the 3rd day of their December term, 1904. The prayer of said petition is that a ditch be constructed on the following route to-wit: Beginning at a point 447 feet north and 20 feet west of the south east corner of the north west quarter of section seven (7) in township twenty nine (29) north, range seven (7) west and and running from there in a general south westerly direction following th«r line of a washed and private constructed ditch to a point 180 feet north of the south west corner of the north west quarter of the southwest quarter, of said section seven (7 all in Jasper county where the same will have a good and sufficient outlet.
