The people get their information from the newspapers, and they have no time nor disposition to ponr over doonmente, the gist of whioh has been printed in the newspapers as well as the more important speeches of the oampaign orators. The next set of national oampaign managers should profit by the experienoe of the oampaign just ended and ont ont most of the documents as a useless and unnecessary expense.
