Low Rates In Sight.

In all probability the railroads entering St. Lome will give a remarkably low rate for the last two weeks of the exposition. Bnob was the case daring tb« closing weeks of the Ohioago fair, and the St. Louis exposition management has appealed to the railroads to follow the former example.
