McCjy p'ace. and formerly the joint, pro perty of Dr A L Berkley and his wife Mrs. McC >y Berkley has been sold to D-. H. L. Brown the dentist It is a property which represents an iLveetment, only three cr four years ago, of $6,500 including lot, which is 150 feet front, honse an d bam. It is now sold for $4 800. Dr. Brown, the new owner, wil move into thia house, and rent out his present residence on River street. He will move immediately after election.
