Alfred McCOY Residence SOLD.
The Alfred McCoy residence property, on McCoy Avenue •which was [the property of Mrs McCoy, and which has been their residence for over, 40 years, was sold Thursday, to James T. Randle and his son-in-law, D. S. Makeever, jointly. There are, 2.90 acres of very valuable ground in the property and a large but of course, rather old brick house. The price is reliably stated to have been less than $5,000, and which, as Uncle Mac truthfully says, was about half its value. The property seems to have besn in quite eager demand, at' the price it was offered for, as A. F. Long, the druggist, had ako almost closed up a deal for it, in which the considt ratidfi was to be partly in farm land!; but Messrs Randle and Makeever offered to pay all in cash, and they got the property.
