The consideration for tbe three “Stars” paid to MoCullock. the former owner, in cash, bonds and preferred stc ok was SBOO,OOO. In addition the purchaser assumes the $200,000 outstanding bonds issued for the purchase of Indianapolis Journal, and certain other liabilities amounting to $50,000, making the total purchase price for the three properties $1,050,000,
