We find that the material to be used in the construction of the Improvement shall be as follows:Pit Gravel, free from stones over 8 Inches in diameter and free from loam or other deleterious substances, with not to exceed 20 per cent of clay and equal in quality to the Gravel contained in the present pit, known as the “Burgett” pit. located on the North East I Quarter of the North West Quarter of section I
