A Lamentable Case.

Frank Alter, a 15 or 16 year old boy, and the son of most excellent people, was arrested last Saturday charged with stealing money from the cash register of McKay’s laundry. The laundry recently missed $8 at one time and $4 et another and lately Constable Vick has been watching the back door of the laundry from an upstairs window in Judge Thompson's new bnildSaturday, while the laundry was closed for noon, he saw the Alter boy approach and unlock the back door, and go in. Mr Vick, ran down and around into the laundry and found Frank at the cash register with a dollar bill in one hand and 50 cents in the other:
