INDIANA DEATHS IN AUGUST.

Mortality statistics issued by the State Board of Health for the month of August show that there were 2.980 deaths ia that month, or a rate of 13.2. In August, 1903 the death rate was 13.7, the rate for August of this year showing a deorease of .5 Tht-ra wt ra were 303 death from consumption, which was 41 more than was caused by this disease ia August of last year.
