Fritz Zard Buys Clark Farm.

Fritz Zard has bought the Lucy Clark farm two miles north of town. It contains 120 acres, and the price was 190 per acre, or SIO,BOO for the farm. He will get possession next March. The farm has been in the possession of the Clark family 37 or 38 years, and the price when they bought it was $35 per acre. It is a fine farm with good improvements. Mrs, Clark will move into her property in town, and her sons will probably go west. The sale was negotiated by C. J. Dean.
