Lehmann et al notice is hereby given that a petition has been filed with the Auditor of Jasper County, State of Indiana, and viewers have been appointed who have viewed and reported said view, which is on file in my office. The hearing or said petition upon its merits will be on Tuesday the 4th Day of October, 1904 the same being the 2nd day of their October Term, 1904.
