MICHAELS FARM SOLD.

Another very important land sale has just been concluded, in the immediate vicinity of Rensselaer. Prof, Geo. W. Michaels has sold bis 300 aore place, three miles southeast of town, to the Highland Park Land Company es Lafayette, Ind. The price was $22,500, or $75 per aore. That io quite a large advance over what Mr, Michaels paid a few years ago, but he has greatly improved the property, in the way of good buildings, drainage etc. Possession will change the lot of March, when Prof. Michaels will move to Lafayette. He io a citizen whom our people would have been glad to have kept with us.
