THE CIRCUIT COURT.
Four Divorces Have Already 'Been Granted. Judge Hanley made a strong effort to dear up the divorce cases last week, and granted four divoroes, two of them on Saturday afternoon. Curiously enough all four marriages were in the yekr 1900, and the grounds for divoroe in all oases were abandonments. Moreover, three of the plantiffs were the wives, and they all added failure to provide, and in the other the husband was the plaintiff, and though he oouid not plead failure of his recreant wife to support him, he did the next thing to it by charging her with getting away with all his property whereby he gained bis support. Joseph P. Levi was given a dnroroe from Anna M Levi.* They were married Jan. 17tb, 1900 and she wholly abandoned him on Deo. loth, of the same year. He asserts that she sold two mules, one cow, 500 bushels of corn and all his farm implement and household good, and g.jt away with all thß prooeeds thereof. He thinks she is now in Adame oounty, Ohio. He is a farm laborer. Anna M. Viok was given a' divorce from Charles L. ViokJ They were married July 9tb, 1900,1 and he abandoned her Feb. 9th, 1
1902, She was[given the custody of her three year old daughter Ruth. &he lives in Rensselaer. Lora P. Leach was given a divorce from John Leaoh. Their marriage was on Sept. 2nd, 1900 and his abandonment of her was on Dec, 26, 1901. She was given back her maiden name of Lora P. Myers, whioh was all there left to to give her, Her address is Rensselaer, and he lives at Parr. Rena Krasney was given a divorce from Victor Krasney. They were married >n Illinois, Nov, 27th, 1900, and their wedlock lasted until the 13th of the following February, when he wholly abandoned her, end his present address is unknown. She was given her maiden name of Rena Bierly, usually OBlled Barley.
