CAPTURES MEDAL.

The Lafayette Gun Club dosed its annual shoot last night. Frank V. Nichols, of Medaryville, won the diamond medal offered by the club in a shoot-off with JoS Blis tain of this city. Out of the possible twenty five birds, Nichols killed twenty-two Tuesday, being second to BlistaiD, who shoots under the name of Slow. Yesterday Blistain billed twenty-three, while Nichols put away twenty-four, missing one out of the allotted twenty-five targets. In the shoot-off Bristain made six out of ten, while Nichols made eight. Everett Brown, who held the medal of the club, fell out of the competition early. —Medaryville Advertiser.
