Delphi HeralJ: Congressman C. B, Landis arrived this morning after a tour through New England and especially Maine, during their recent campaign where hemade many speeches, Mr. Landis stopped in Washington on his way home to look after several matters of importance to this district in the government departments. He expects soon to have a number of extentions in the free rural mail service and while the ninth ditrict now has more rural free delivery routes than any other district in the state yet Mr. Landis feels that several more are badly needed. He will go to Marion tomorrow to make an address. ’’
