The law whioh fixed toe term at four years has been set aside by a later law, and the term is now only two years. Dr. A. J. Eresler the retiring health officer has served 2 years and.fonr months, and therefore his term having expiredjand his been eleoted, the latter, Dr. A. J. Miller, can take charge at once.
