Think They Will Get All.
The Lafayette and Malbenry banks whioh haveolaims aggregating about $25,000 against the Me-' Coys, olsim they will get the foil amount of their claims, or practically that. It seems that when the McCoy bank borrowed the money of tha Lafayette banks, the notes givta were signed not only “A. McCoy & C 0.,” for the bank, bnt belosr that by Alfred and TBros. J. MoCoy, separately. The Lafayette parties claim that these signatnres makes them creditors of Alfred MoCoy, individually as well as oreditors of tka bank, and that after the property of the bank proper is divided pro rata, that they mill still have m right to oome in on the properly of Alfred and Tom^igdividuallyTbe matter will probably end i » a law suit, although at present the referee is inclined to think the lav is in their fsvor; and so also some of the residents attorneys who have looked into the matter.
