The grand jury began its work Tuesday, Of the original panel three were exoused. J. JR. Parkison because of relationship to the MoCoys, whose affairs as supposed would be under investigation, John Bowman, of Carpenter because of deafness; and Elmer Pnllins, of Gillam. beoause of sickness in his family. In their places James Matheson and J. O. Porter, of Rensselaer and John J. Porter, of Remingtm, were selected. J. C. Porter is foreman. The other three members of the regular panel are J, W.
