CORN “RAISERS” PLEAD GUILTY
Andy Charles, of Milroy, and young Leonard Alias Shorty Adams, of Rensselaer, who while full of corn in the fluid form took a wagon box full of the solid grain out of a man’s crib north of Wolcott, some months ago plead guilty to the charge of petty larceny, before Judge Palmer, at Monticello, a few days ago. He gave the young men a good verbal ripping up the back, and then released them under S2OO bail, whiie he took their oases under advisement. It is not thought he will bear down on them very severely in his sentence, Uncle Joe Nesius, Andy’s daddy-in-law gave bail for him, and Shorty’s mother famished his.
