In n short time the Xnvy Department again will send out recruiting parties. Two miners were killed and a third •eriously injured by being run down in mine No. 37 of the Derwind-White Coal Company, near Wiuber, Pa. A commission of naval engineers will leave Mexico City for Genoa, where they will receive the gunboats Bravo and Morelos, constructed in shipyards there. A stock car owned by Ringling Bros.’ circus was destroyed by fire at Kawlins, Wyo. Fifteen horses perished, including Otto Ringling's 51,500 animal. A 520,000,000 coal combiue, composed of twenty-eight companies, is reported as being organized in Pittsburg, the principal object being to establish selling agencies and niaiutain prices.
