Her nincl seems oompletely and perhaps hopelessly wrecked. It is stated that her trouble seemed to start, or at least to show itself, after the Iroquois theater fire, the aooounts of which seemed to worry her greatly. She sees funerals passing oou« stantly, and similar delusions, is hysterioal, moans and cries constantly, is melanoholly, restless, destructive and sleepless. She has to be kept tied up, oonstantlv, and violently resists those who try to restrain her. Young as she is her physioial developementj is remarkable, her height being 5 feet, 10 inches or equal to a large man. A half brother was sent to the insane asylum at Kankakee, 111., same years ago, as the result of very similar tendencies. Applications has been made for her reception at Longoliff asylum.
