Clerks in the office of the state superintendent of publio instruction will send out in a few days to the county superintendents of the state 20,000 copies of the state oourse of study and the township institute outline. The manual as oompiledis modified to oonform to the new books which have been plaoed in use. The institute outlines will inolude a full topioal study of the two reading circle books for teachers.
