People who fish in the Kankakee, or any other Indiana waters, had better have a care as to the kind of minnows they use for bait. Several parties have just lately been fined in Lake county, for using pickerel minnows, and game wardens are on the watch for othersIt is against the law to übo any game fish^minnows for bait, and all such small fish or minnows must be put baok when ceught. Carp minnows now are about the only ones that can be safely used for bait. . The sporting day of the season Wednesday August 10th at the Rensselar Stock Farm. Bate ball and hoase-racing galore.
