Notice of Ditch Letting In the Matter of Phillips Ditch No. 1192. Notice Is hereby given that at the Auditor's Office of Jasper County, Indiana, on Wednesday, August 3th, 1904, at 1 o’clock p. m., I will open sealed bids re ceived prior thereto for the construction of the Phillips Ditch No. 1602. Of said ditoh there are 4470 feet of tile drain aQd 6490 feet of open drain. Separate bids must be filed for tile and open drain. The location of said drain is as follows: Beginning at a point 450 feet west and 100 feet south of the north west quarter of section one (1) township thirty (30) north range five (5) west in Jasper County, Indiana, and runs thence in a north easterly direction to where it intersects the Robinson Ditch, thence following the line of the Robinson Ditch in a northeasterly direction to where it enters the Hazelett Ditch at or near the center of sectioa twenty-five (25) township thirty-one (81) north range five (5) west la Jasper County, Indiana. All work to be in accordance with specifications on file in the County Auditor’s office. Each bid must be accompanied with bond in twice amount of bid. JAMES N. The Trustee of Marion Township, jasper County, Ind,, proposes for the yearly expendituresjand tax levies by the Advisory Board at its annual meeting, to be held at the Trustees office, September —■ — the following estimates and amounts for said year: 1. Township expenditures, SIOOO, and Township tax, 10 cents on the hundred dollars. 2. Local Tuition expenditures, $2,500, and tax, 20 cents on the hundred dollars. • 3.
