O’Donnell’s Trial Set.
Patrick H O’Donnell, charged with complicity in the bribery of jurors in a Union Traotion case in Chicago, is to have his trial Aug, 9. Attorney Jas. Brady, 00-de-fendant in the case, will be tried at the September term. Judge Brentano, who presided at the former trial, has been agreed upon to hear the evidehoe in the new trials. Homer E. Miohaels, foreman of the celebrated “pin brigade” jury, whose testimony against the accused proved damaging at the former trial, has not been found. A summons has been issued for Michael’s wife to call at the state’s attorney’s office to be questioned.
