Judge Allen in Indianapolis decided against Russell Harrison and Mrs. Mary Harrison McKee, son and daughter of the late ex-President, in their suit against their stepmother, Mrs. Mary Lord Harrison, regarding the listing of securities for a trust fund for the latter.
