Company M. Officers Promoted.

Notice was received Friday I evening of toe expected promotion .of the officers of Company M., on i account of Capt Washburn having been appointed an assistant regimental Surgeon. L M. Wilcox who has been First Lieutenant is _promoted to the captaincy, and and True Woodworth, who was Second Lieutenant is now made First Lieutenant. This leaves the place of Second Lieutenant vacant and it will probably be filled by au election; but not until the company gets into camp, next week.
