McCoy Hearing Postponed.

J. 0. Bowers, referee in bankruptcy has received notice giving Alfred and T. J. McCoy an extension of time in which to file the schedules of their liabilities and assets says Thursday’s Hammond Tribune. The task was of suoh magnitude that their attorney asked for 30 days additional which was granted. This will postpone the first hearing in the matter which cannot be held until after the schedules are filed*
