State Bar Asssociation Asks For Changes.

The State Bar association will make demands on the next legislature for extensive changes in the statutes as the report of the committee on jurisprudeno and law reform was adopted by the association which was in session at Fort Wayne last week. It demands that the legislature— Rearrange the judicial circuits into districts. , 4 That where one county constitutes a circuit, and where there are Superior courts, the salary of the judges be raised to $3,000, and in circuits consisting of more than one county the salary be raised to $3,500. That the state be divided into six districts, and that one m ember of the appellate court be chosen from each district. That ths members of the appellate court sit together instead of in seotions.
