Gilman Bank Case Referred.

Hammond Tribune. * J. O. Bower’s referee in bankruptcy received word this morning from Federal Clerk Noble Butler that the matter of the Goodland Home bank has been referred to him. The case is against Fred Gilman, president of the concern which was a private bank, the only kind, in fact, that can be taken in the bankruptcy courts. As the schedules are not filed yet, the date of the hearing has not been set The McCoy attorneys may have to ask for an extension of time for their filing of schedules owing to the magnitude of the task of preparation.
