Bryan's Position.

William J. Bryan on Tueeday gave to the press a statement in which he declares bis inten:ion of voting for Parker, but adds, among other suggestions, the following: . "" "A Democratic victory will mean little, if any, progress on economic questions so long as the party is under the control of ths Wall street element.” "The nomination of Judge PaTker nullifies the anti trust plank.” "The labor plunk sb prepared by Judge Parker’s friends on the sub committee was a straddling, meaningless plank ” "The triumph of the Wall street element of the party denies to the country any hope of relief on economic questions ” "The nomination was secured by crooked and indefensible methods.” Mr. Bryan adds that as soon as the election is over he will begin an organization for the campaign of 1908.
