Claims Must Be Re-liled.
The previous filing of olaims for deposits or other debts against the MoOoy bank, with the assignee, will not count with the referee in bankruptcy. All these will have to be filed again the same as if they have never been filed with the assignee. And new and different kind of blanks are required also, so that the aooounts will have to be made out anew. This also applies to all other aooounts besides deposits, and whether against the banking firm or against Alfred or T. J. McCoy, individually. These olaims oan not be formally filed until notioe is given by the referee, but they may be prepared and got ready to file, by any attorney or notary public who has the necessary blanks, as probably all.Renseelaer attorneys eitherfhave already or soon will.
