By virtue of a certified copy of a Decree to me directed, from the Clerk's office of the Jasper Oircnit Court in a causa wherein The Government Building and Loan institution is plaintiff and Albert Bayers and Minnie Sayers bis Wife, Lonls F. Hopkins, Lester A. Sayers, Ella Sayers his wife, William B. Austin and Louie Austin his wife are defendants, requiring me to make the stun of three hundred and sixty-five ($365.06) dollars and sixty-six cents, with interest on said decree mid cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on Saturday the 16th oay of July 1904 between the hours of 10 o’clock a. m. and 4 o’clock p. m. of said day, at the door of the court house of said Jasper County. Indiana, the rents and profits for a term not exceeding seven years, of the foUowing described real estate, to wit: lot No. sixteen (16) hi the town of North DeMotte in Jasper County, Indiana. If such rents and profits will not sell for a sufficient sum to satisfy said decree, interest and costs, I will at the same time and place expose at public sale the fee simple of said real estate, or so much thereof as may be Bnfflcient to discharge said decree, interest and costs.
