Uncle Andy’s First Payment.

The first installment of Andrew Carnegie’s donation of SIO,OOO for a library building in Rensselaer was reoeived, Thursday. It was for $2,500 or one fourth of the whole sum, and oame to City Treasurer Chapman. It is in the form of a draft on the Hanover National Bank, of Near York City. The other payments will be made as the building progresses.
