Rensselaer Semi-Weekly Republican, Volume 36, Number 89, Rensselaer, Jasper County, 1 July 1904 — One Depositor Paid In Full. [ARTICLE]
One Depositor Paid In Full.
There is at least one depositor in the failed MoOoy bank that lost nothing by the failure. It is Willard Court of the Catholic Order of Foresters. They had their money insured in the National Surety Company of New York, and that company has now sent notice that they would pay the deposit in full, namely $433.34. The surety company will, of course, claim and receive whatever is paid on the deposit, by the receiver in bankruptcy.
