Indiana Fourth In Rural Routes.

Indiana stands fonrth in the list of states having the greatest number of rural free delivery routes in operation. Illinois oomes first with 2,072, lowa second with 1,857 Ohio third with 1,812, and Indiana fourth with 1,665, Soon after the beginning of the next fiscal year, July 1, the establishment of rural services will be vigorously pushed. Twenty additional agents will be plaoed in the field after the first of next month and it is expeoted the work will soon be np to date, and that eaoh petition will be aoted upon the same month it is reoeived at the department,
