County Board of Review.
The County Board of Review ended last Saturday, by limitation of law. There were but few requests before them for ohanging assessments of property- Aside from deposits in the MoOoy bank, the only individual ohange maed was for Fred Eggert; whose assessment on personal property was reduced from $1,200 to SBOO. All depositors of the MoOoy bank who were assessed for their deposits on Maroh Ist, and who appeared before the Board, had the value of their deposits reduced to 25 cents on the dollar. The assessment of horses was ohanged in a number of townships Those in whioh it was rednoed and the per cent of the reduction be* ing: Hanging Grove, 33 J per cent. Newton. 5 peroent. Kankakee 10 per oent. Milroy 10 per cent. Those in which the assessment of horses was increased were: Gillam 20 per oent. Barkley 20 per cent. Carpenter 33$ per oent. Union 20 per oent.
