Plan To Secede.

A movement has been set on foot in Kankakee, Dewey and Hanna townships, Laporte county, which has for its end the separation of those townships from Laporte county and the joining of the same to Starke county, whioh adjoins Laporte county on its southern border, The movement has gone so far that attorneys have been engaged in Knox to make preparations for the change.
