Whetown of Fowler now has a bed sensation on hands. It seems that last Tuesday a rural ronte mail carrier named Perry Sumner tookan eight year old girl named jßertha Pritchell, on his rounds ' with him, and most shamefully mistreated her. She returned •home very badly injured, and •by Sumner’s instruotions, told her mother she had fallen on the step of the wagon. The oare of a phyrsieian being required he discover* ed the true cause of her injuries.
