A Temporary Injunction Granted.

In the case of J. H Chapman, as assignee of the McCoy bank, against Winfred Pence and others, beard before Judge Hanley Tuesday, a temporary injunction was granted, as asked for by the plaintiff. Mr. Pence, by virtue of this injunction, is restrained from further prosecuting his attachment suits in the circuit court of Cook Co Hl., for the collection of bis claims against the bank. The injunction runs until the September term of our circuit court, when the motion to make it perpetual will be heard and decided.
