ST. LOUIS FAIR ATTENDANCE.
Second Week Shows Increase, but Not as Great as at Chicago. The total attendance at the St. Louis world’s fair for the second week showed an increase of over 50,000 over the total attendance for the opening week. The following official statement of the total attendance for the second week, and the attendance for the same period during the Columbian exposition, was given out' the other night: St. Louis. The totals show a larger attendance for tiie second week of the Columbian exposition, but it is taken into consideration that no excursions have yet been run to bring visitors and the attendance at present is largely local.
