The divorce cases for tho September term of court are beginning to be filed. Tho first is that of John P. Levi. His exact ret>idence is not stated in the complaint, but is up in Keener or Wheatfield Townships. He wants a divorce from Anna M. Levi, whom he married Jan. 17,1900, and who totally and permanently abandoned him just 11 months later. He alleges no other grounds for the divorce than this abandonment. He is a farm laborer. He states that his wife was in Adams Co., Ohio, the last time he had knowledge of her whereabouts.
