About Filing Claims.

All persons having claims of any kind against the MoCoy bank, whether on current or time deposits or other debts; or against either member of the firm personally must sooner or later fife a statement of their claims with the assignee. Blank forms are being prepared for these oluims, and a supply will soon be printed. It will be a very simple aud easy matter to file these claims with the assignee, J. H. Chapman, who it by law authorized to administer the necessary oath. To those filing directly with the assignee there will be no expense attaohed
